A logo covers part of the code, so error correction goes to High while one is set - that is the setting that lets a code survive being partly obscured. Keep it small and scan a printed one before you order stickers.

The PDF is the safer one: browsers disagree about print margins, and a code printed at 96% is a code that might not scan.
